HCS2021 Entry Registration is Closed

Unfortunately, considering the current situation of the COVID-19, for this year’s YOKOHAMA HOT ROD CUSTOM SHOW, we are not taking registration from Overseas. We deeply apologize to everyone who were looking forward to participate in our show.

We hope that the situation will get better in the next year 2022. We are looking forward to seeing you again in 2022, celebrating the 30th Anniversary YOKOHAMA HOT ROD CUSTOM SHOW.

We try to make this happen.
But, please understand that the event may have to be canceled when the situation of COVID-19 is getting worse.


General admission /advance tickets, are not part of the event registration.

Price of the Advance Ticket: 3,800yen each
Price of the General Admission Ticket(sold on the day): 4,800yen each
Additional Admission Ticket for HCS2021 is not available during the entry registration. The venue instructed that the tickets must be sold in a way that allows the purchaser to be identified, so we are currently deciding the sales method.

The Advance Ticket will be available from November 6th(Sat). This Advance Ticket will able you to enter the event from 8:00AM on the day of the show and cheaper than the General Admission Ticket that will be sold at the door on the day.

If HCS2021 is canceled due to the Force Majeure (future spread of the infection of COVID-19, institutional requests and guidance from the government and facility, and risk of infection spread due to the event), or Organizer’s decision, the ticket fee are non-refundable.

When the event gets canceled due to the Force Majeure (future spread of the infection of COVID-19, institutional requests and guidance from the government and facility, and risk of infection spread due to the event), Organizer’s decision or canceled for personal circumstances, the facility fee will still be charged, so we deeply apologize to inform you but the Entry fee will be managed in the following conditions.

1. If the event is canceled by Wednesday, November 3rd(JST), 50% of the Entry fee will be refunded.

If you cancel the registration for personal circumstances by Wednesday, November 3rd(JST), 50% of the Entry fee will be refunded.

2. If the event is canceled after Thursday, November 4th(JST), Entry Fees are non-refundable.

If a cluster infection occurs at the venue just before the start of the other event, there is a possibility that the administration and the facility may request cancellation of the event. We ask for your deep cooperation and understanding.

Registration will be handled manually via email, if you are living in Japan and have difficulty of Japanese please contact us in advance. Please read completely.

If you plan to register for this event, please be ready before the registration period begins. Contact us for details and questions about registration. We will communicate via email, confirm and calculate the grand total. Once the grand total is informed via email, you must complete payment between Monday, October 18th to Monday, October 25th. to secure your registration. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of your entry.

from Thursday September 16th to Sunday October 17th(JST).
In order to participate in the YOKOHAMA HOT ROD CUSTOM SHOW, please contact us and fill in the (PDF) entry form we will send, read all sides/pages, and go through the list of entry types and available options. Once decided, please fill out the form provided and select the entry type and options listed with correct quantity and totals. Once complete, cut along the dashed line, send in the filled portion (2 pages if PDF) via email (hcs2021@mooneyes.co.jp) and wait for our confirmation. You must be able to communicate in English or Japanese.

Failure to do so may result in an unsuccessful registration. Please email for assistance and questions. All categories have special requirements, such as photo confirmation or description. Do not send payment without our confirmation message. Details will be given via email.

On the day of the event there will be a Map inside the venue, so if you are registering as a Vendor, please enter your Shop’s name.

If you are registering for the category requires photo screening, please prepare a photo of your vehicle. You will also need a detailed information such as year, model and etc.

If the photo is rejected, we will give you immediate refund. In addition, you cannot change your registered vehicle without notice. Please contact us if you are going to change the vehicle.

We are asking for the payment of the Entry Fee between Monday, October 18th to Monday, October 25th.

After your registration is confirmed you will get an email about your registration and payment method. Please keep the email until the payment period.

We will start the layout after the payment is confirmed. If we could not confirm your payment during the payment period, your registration will get canceled.

Until the payment is confirmed, registration is temporary reservation.

After the registration, you cannot sell or give out your space to third person.

VENDOR BOOTH

Vendor spaces will sell out within the first 10 minutes as space is extremely limited.

No live tattoo making, chemical spraying, hair cutting etc.

Vendor spaces do not have partitions/walls. The space is just the allocated space. You will need to provide everything else on your own or order options such as chairs, tables, shelves, electrical outlet, lights etc. Please review the options section on the entry form for these items. Vendor spaces cannot have a covered roof, ceilings or overhead covers. You can use a canopy "skeleton" or frame without the cover but covers are prohibited and considered a fire hazard. Anchor Bolt Placing

If you are planning for Anchor Bolt Placing, please contact us before hand and get confirmation.

If we find out in the event of unauthorized construction without prior application by the exhibitor, the exhibitor will be charged for removal and floor restoration.

Do Not Leave Trash Behind

Please be responsible for your trash.

After the event is over, please do not leave anything behind including trash. Please dispose your trash properly. If trash is left behind in your space, you may be charged a fee for trash removal. To avoid this, please make sure to clean up at the end of the event.

Little Get Together Party

Unfortunately, to avoid the “Three Cs(Closed spaces with poor ventilation, Crowded places with many people nearby, and Close-contact settings such as close-range conversations)”, Little Get Togerther party 2021 is CANCELED.

Temporary Licence Plate

"Even if you have applied for a temporary license plate for "exhibition use" or "participation in an event," it is still a violation of the Road Vehicles Law. Vehicles without license plates, such as expired vehicles, unregistered vehicles, racing vehicles, and demo cars, must be brought in by loaded vehicles.
The contents of the Event might be change without a notice, due to the change of World’s circumstances.
ATTENTION
・When the event gets canceled due to the Force Majeure (future spread of the infection of COVID-19, institutional requests and guidance from the government and facility, and risk of infection spread due to the event), Organizer’s decision or canceled for personal circumstances, the facility fee will still be charged, so we deeply apologize to inform you but the Entry fee will be managed in the following conditions.

・Agrees that all the entrant (family, guardians, of minors attending the event), participating automobile's video, photo, and broadcasting, authority is hold by MOONEYES and accept the possibility of appearing on the recordings.
・Any actions that will hinder the progress of the event is prohibited.
・Agrees to assume full responsibility for their own actions and property at all times before and after the event and will not hold MOONEYES accountable for any loss or damage, suffering, physical or mental, at any degree whatsoever.
・Agrees to indemnify MOONEYES from any and all liability resulting or not from or related to this event.
・Entrant agrees to abide by all laws, safety regulations, fire ordinances and maintain proper conduct for a family oriented event.
・At the Vendor booth, pirated item, illegal item and any other item that will corrupt public morals is prohibited. If there is any of these action, booth has to be closed. In this case, there will not be any refund and claim for indemnity.

Car Show Entry is limited. Entry types such as semi trucks, etc will be denied entry. In cases where a 2-wheeled vehicle is to be part of a display, entrant must acquire authorization beforehand (enclose notice with entry form).
HCS2021 SPOTLIGHT
"Forever Model-A ":
Registration Fee: 34,000 yen each
1 space (approx. 6.0m x 3.0m area per 4-wheeled vehicle)

Ford Model A is featured. Model B is featured often but, this time features Model A thats usually taking a supporting role. Various Taste Model A will be gathered.

THIS SECTION INCLUDES BLACK CARPET FLOORING
Entry includes: 2 wristbands; 1 "Show Participant" T-shirt; 1 plaque; 1 compact car parking pass.

Best of the "Forever Model-A " Award will be selected from this group. Space is limited.
Motorcycle Show: Registration Fee: 25,000 yen per space up to 2 Motorcycles
1 space (approx. 2.5m x 2.0m)

Entry includes: 2 wristbands; 1 "Show Participant" T-shirt; 1 plaque; 1 compact car parking pass.
Photo required for screening/approval.

Entry Fee includes up to the first two (2) motorcycles. If you wish to include more (3 or more) within the allowed space, each additional entry is 6,000 yen per Motorcycle. All entries must fit within the space provided or may result in cancellation of registration without refund. No scooters permitted. Please be sure to reserve enough spaces. If you are planning to display your Motorcycle with a car, please contact us for details.

HCS2021 SPOTLIGHT
"Unbelievable Japanese Chopper":
Registration Fee: 25,000 yen each
1 space (approx. 2.5m x 2.0m)

Chopper based on Japanese motorcycle, any Chopper is acceptable if it is based on Japanese Motorcycle.

To make it solidly, both Japanese and Foreign motorcycle takes the same amount of time and effort. Therefore, this time we will feature Japanese Domestic Chopper, instead of H-D or Triumph.

Please, inform the Size of the Motorcycle before register.

2021 is Helmet! We have held it in Paint Contest in 2011 but, it will be a challenge again due to the strong request from Artists. Since then, the number and technique remarkably went Up and the Special One will be displayed.

Carpet color is black only. This is flooring for the display area. Only available as a preorder option. After the event, you can bring home the carpet.
Parking Pass: Regular passenger car parking passes are not available in advance, however vehicles up to 4 tons and anything above 4 tons are. Haulers and loading trucks, vans, flat beds, tow vehicles, etc. are the target vehicles for these parking passes.

Up to 4t is 22,000 yen and over 4t is 38,000 yen; each good for two days.

Parking tickets are mandatory. If you do not have a parking ticket on the event day, you will not be permitted in the reserved parking area.

If you entry with Mini Car and Model Car, please use the public parking.

Carpet color is black only. This is flooring for the display area. Only available as a preorder option. After the event, you can bring home the carpet.
PARKING PASS
Parking Pass: Regular passenger car parking passes are not available in advance, however vehicles up to 4 tons and anything above 4 tons are. Haulers and loading trucks, vans, flat beds, tow vehicles, etc. are the target vehicles for these parking passes.

Up to 4t is 22,000 yen and over 4t is 38,000 yen; each good for two days.

Parking tickets are mandatory. If you do not have a parking ticket on the event day, you will not be permitted in the reserved parking area.

If you entry with Mini Car and Model Car, please use the public parking.
HCS2021 ADMISSION TICKET
HCS2021 Admission Ticket (No refund, No cash exchange)

Price of the Advance Ticket: 3,800yen each

Additional Admission Ticket for HCS2021 is not available during the entry registration. The venue instructed that the tickets must be sold in a way that allows the purchaser to be identified, so we are currently deciding the sales method.

The Advance Ticket will be available from November 6th(Sat). This Advance Ticket will able you to enter the event from 8:00AM on the day of the show and cheaper than the General Admission Ticket that will be sold at the door on the day.

If HCS2021 is canceled due to the Force Majeure (future spread of the infection of COVID-19, institutional requests and guidance from the government and facility, and risk of infection spread due to the event), or Organizer’s decision, the ticket fee are non-refundable.
