Price of the Advance Ticket: 4,400yen each

The Advance Ticket will be available from September 2(Tue) at MOONEYES Official Online Shop, and Honmoku Yokohama MOONEYES Area-1 (Not available at MOON Cafe). This Advance Ticket will able you to enter the event from 8:00AM on the day of the show and cheaper than the General Admission Ticket that will be sold at the door on the day. In addition, you can also order the pre-party ticket with the Advance Ticket sold at our Online Shop.

Ticket will be Will Call, and not sent to your place, and you will recieve it at the venue or pick up at our physical shop Honmoku Yokohama MOONEYES Area-1.

If HCS2025 is canceled due to the Force Majeure (future spread of the infection of virus, institutional requests and guidance from the government and facility, and risk of infection spread due to the event), or Organizer’s decision, tickets will be not refunded. In addition, cancellations of personal reasons is also non-refundable.

Price of the General Admission Ticket(sold on the day): 5,500yen each

December 6(Sat) is the SET-UP day, and only participants can enter the venue.

However, there will be Little Get Together Party (Pre-Party) from 7 PM. The ticket for the Little Get Together Party will also be available from September 2(Tue).

Entry Registration forms are accepted begining on Thursday, July 17, 2025 from 10:00AM(JST) and will continue until space is full or the deadline date of Thursday, July 24(Thu), 2025(until 9:59 AM/JST) is reached. Space is limited and the event will sell out. Do not wait. Please register early.

Registration may end before the deadline date without any prior warning or notice.

Important: We do not accept any entry requests after the deadline, except in the rare case that space becomes available. Please make sure to apply within the designated period.

Payment is due within 24 hours after grand total amount is informed by email.
Registration documents and location information will be prepared for Will-Call at the day before the event.

If you plan to register for this event, please be ready before the registration period begins. All registrations from outside of Japan will be handled manually via email. Please download, print and fill out the form. Contact us for details and questions about registration. We will communicate via email, confirm and calculate the grand total. Once the grand total is informed via email, you must complete payment via PayPal within 24 hours to secure your registration. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of your entry.
In order to participate in the 33rd YOKOHAMA HOT ROD Custom Show 2025, please contact us and fill in the (PDF) entry form, read all sides/pages, and go through the list of entry types and available options. Once decided, please fill out the form provided and select the entry type and options listed with correct quantity and totals. Once complete, cut along the dashed line, send in the filled portion (2 pages if PDF) via email (hcs2025@mooneyes.co.jp) and wait for our confirmation. You must be able to communicate in English or Japanese. Failure to do so may result in an unsuccessful registration. Please email for assistance and questions. All categories have special requirements, such as photo confirmation or description. Do not send payment without our confirmation message. Once the confirmation message is sent, you have 24 hours to complete the payment via PayPal. Details will be given via email.

Setup day is Saturday, December 6, 2025. We will send you details after your registration are received. Additional options requested on setup day will be 150% of the preorder price shown on the entry form and based on availability only. Please preorder to guarantee your optional items.

Car Show / Motorcycle Show (including Spotlight) entries will be selected through a screening process.


Car Show / Motorcycle Show (including Spotlight) entries will be selected through a screening process, taking into consideration submitted photos and previous participation in our events.

If the submitted photo only shows the vehicle frame, we may contact you by email to ask for additional details.
Therefore, we kindly ask that you provide detailed information about your vehicle highlights/key features in your email.

Please make sure to submit a photo that clearly shows the entire vehicle.

We will accept all applications submitted during the entry period; however, this does not mean your entry is confirmed. Final selection will be made after the screening process.

Screening results are scheduled to be announced in early September.

Please note that we are unable to respond to individual inquiries regarding the selection results.
If it is difficult for you to be contacted during customs or transportation procedures, please inform us in advance.


Regarding Changes to Entry Details After Registration

Once your entry has been registered and completed, we are unable to accept any changes to the entry category under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
(Example: Changing a Car Show entry to a Vendor Booth or Motorcycle Show entry, etc.)

Regarding Changes to the Entry Vehicle

If you must change the vehicle after your entry has been accepted, you must contact us in advance. We will require images of the new vehicle and will conduct a new screening process.
Please note that, depending on the screening result, your entry may be canceled.
If your entry is declined after payment of the entry fee, we will refund the amount minus a handling fee.

VENDOR BOOTH

Vendor spaces will sell out within the first 10 minutes as space is extremely limited. Only 200 vendor spaces(including Japanese Domestic) are available.

We will not hold vendor spaces.

After we send you the confirmation message and grand total amount due, payment is required within 24 hours via PayPal.


To secure your vendor space, please be ready to complete the process in a timely manner.

No live tattoo making, chemical spraying, hair cutting etc.

There are only 200 vendor spaces (including Japanese Domestic) available. Each registration name can order up to
4 spaces. Description required for entry approval.

Vendor spaces do not have partitions/walls. The space is just the allocated space. You will need to provide everything else on your own or order options such as chairs, tables, shelves, electrical outlet, lights etc. Please review the options section on the entry form for these items. Vendor spaces cannot have a covered roof, ceilings or overhead covers. You can use a canopy "skeleton" or frame without the cover but covers are prohibited and considered a fire hazard. Please contact us with questions prior to submission.

Vendor location will be determined in October during the layout creation process.
We are unable to promise specific locations for each vendor space.

Displaying Event Flags

When setting up flags, please ensure to use only flame-retardant event flags.

According to the instructions from the venue, only flame-retardant event flags are allowed. Non-flame-retardant flags cannot be set up. If you plan to display flags, please check the material in advance.

If any non-flame-retardant banners are found, they will be removed.

Regarding Anchor Installation

If you wish to install anchors into the venue floor, you must contact us in advance and submit an application.


For all exhibits requiring anchor installation on the venue floor, prior approval is mandatory. Installation work may only be carried out by contractors designated by the venue. Be sure to submit your application in advance.
If any exhibitor installs anchors without prior approval, we will identify the location based on the venue layout and charge you for removal and floor restoration costs as specified by the venue.

Do Not Leave Trash Behind

Please be responsible for your trash.

After the event is over, please do not leave anything behind including trash. Please dispose your trash properly. If trash is left behind in your space, you may be charged a fee for trash removal. To avoid this, please make sure to clean up at the end of the event.

Little Get Together Party 2025


On Saturday, December 6, 2025 from 7PM to 9PM, we will host a pre-party held inside the Pacifico Yokohama. Tickets are sold separately as an option when you register or purchasing advance tickets. The pre-party ticket includes a light meal and one drink coupon.
Tickets are sold in advance only.

Under the age of 3: Free (no food or drink)

・Any actions that will hinder the progress of the event is prohibited.
・Agrees to assume full responsibility for their own actions and property at all times before and after the event and will not hold MOONEYES accountable for any loss or damage, suffering, physical or mental, at any degree whatsoever.
・Agrees to indemnify MOONEYES from any and all liability resulting or not from or related to this event.
・Entrant agrees to abide by all laws, safety regulations, fire ordinances and maintain proper conduct for a family oriented event.
・At the Vendor booth, pirated item, illegal item and any other item that will corrupt public morals is prohibited. If there is any of these action, booth has to be closed. In this case, there will not be any refund and claim for indemnity.
・I (the Company) represent and warrant that I (the Company) am not and will not be a member of an antisocial force.

Car Show Entry is limited. Entry types such as semi trucks, etc will be denied entry. In cases where a 2-wheeled vehicle is to be part of a display, entrant must acquire authorization beforehand (enclose notice with entry form).

"It’s all started from Shun "40 Years of Hot Rodding in Japan"":
Selection

In 2025, 'Deuce Factory Japan' will celebrate its 40th anniversary. The history of Hot Rodding in Japan cannot be told without mentioning Shun Kasai. As part of the anniversary celebration, Hot Rods from the Ford Model T (1908) to 1934 will gather at Pacifico Yokohama. The focus will be on Traditional Style Hot Rods and Street Rods that Shun loves.

Entry Fee includes up to the first two (2) motorcycles per space. If you wish to include more (3 or more) within the allowed space, each additional entry is 8,800 yen per Motorcycle. Completely composed of curves, the 'Peanuts Tank' is a classic choice for tanks, and its position on the bike can dramatically change the overall impression. The 2025 Motorcycle Show Spotlight will feature a Chopper equipped with the Peanuts Tank. It doesn’t matter the manufacturer or model.

It can be for a real event or an imaginary one. Using your own idea, create a one-of-a-kind event poster in paint that serves as a tool for event promotion.

The poster should be created with dimensions of 364mm(14-1/2”) in width and 515mm(20-3/4”) in height, designed for hanging on the wall from both the left and right sides at the top. (Please note that due to space limitations in the exhibition area, the contest will close once the set number of entries is reached.)

Walls included but no holes and exhibitor must prepare a way to hang items without making holes in the wall.

Space can be used for scale models, die cast cars, custom built, one-off or scratch built vehicles. Multiple scale models are permitted as long as it stays within the allocated space provided. No walk-ins. Must register in advance.

Carpet color is black only. This is flooring for the display area. Only available as a preorder option. After the event, you can bring home the carpet.
Parking Pass: Regular passenger car parking passes are not available in advance, however vehicles up to 4 tons and anything above 4 tons are. Haulers and loading trucks, vans, flat beds, tow vehicles, etc. are the target vehicles for these parking passes.

Up to 4t is 27,500 yen and over 4t is 44,000 yen; each good for two days.

Parking tickets are mandatory. If you do not have a parking ticket on the event day, you will not be permitted in the reserved parking area.

If you entry with Mini Car and Model Car, please use the public parking.

Collectivities Alley

Collectivities Alley Registration Fee: 68,200 yen
1 space (approx. 3.0m x 3.0m)

Entry includes: 2 wristbands; 1 plaque; 1 compact car parking pass.
Optional: 1 "Show Participant" T-shirt (3,300 yen)
Maximum of 4 spaces per entry name.

Spaces will sell out very fast, as space is extremely limited.
Due to the contents' increase of the event, Collectivities Alley booth for 2025 will be 20 spaces(including Japanese Domestic).


This category gives you a 3m x3m space (non expandable) to display and exhibit your pride craft, photos, artwork or collection. Like a one-person exhibit/art show anything you have on display can be sold too. Mania collectors are welcome! Love of Motorcycles, cars, USA culture, you can boast in your own space right at HCS! Of course, artists, illustrators and photographers are welcome here too. Please consult with MOONEYES for details. Description required for entry approval. Space is very limited. Walls included but no holes and exhibitor must prepare a way to hang items without making holes in the wall.
SCALE MODEL

Mini Car & Model Car Registration Fee: 11,000 yen
1 space (approx. 60cm x 60cm)

Entry includes: 1 wristband; 1 plaque.
Optional: 1 "Show Participant" T-shirt (3,300 yen)

Space can be used for scale models, die cast cars, custom built, one-off or scratch built vehicles. Multiple scale models are permitted as long as it stays within the allocated space provided. No walk-ins. Must register in advance.
Photo required for screening/approval.

Parking Ticket is not included, please use the public parking.
CARPET
CARPET FLOORING (OPTIONAL ADD-ON)

Show Car Carpet Fee: 37,400 yen
(6.0m x 3.0m)

Show Motorcycle Carpet Fee: 13,200 yen
(2.5m x 2.0m)

Carpet color is black only. This is flooring for the display area. Only available as a preorder option. After the event, you can bring home the carpet.
PARKING PASS
Parking Pass:
Regular passenger car parking passes are not available in advance, however vehicles up to 4 tons and anything above 4 tons are. Haulers and loading trucks, vans, flat beds, tow vehicles, etc. are the target vehicles for these parking passes.

Up to 4t is 27,500 yen and over 4t is 44,000 yen; each good for two days.

Parking tickets are mandatory. If you do not have a parking ticket on the event day, you will not be permitted in the reserved parking area.

If you entry with Mini Car and Model Car, please use the public parking.
HCS2025 ADMISSION TICKET
HCS2025 Admission Ticket (No refund, No cash exchange for personal reasons)

Advance Admission Ticket Price: 4,400 yen each
Price of the Ticket at the Door: 5,500yen each


If you are registering for any of the above ENTRY CATEGORIES you can purchase HCS Additional Admission Ticket. The Advance Ticket will be available from September 2(Tue) at our Online Shop and Honmoku Yokohama MOONEYES Area-1(not available at MOON Cafe). This Advance Ticket will able you to enter the event from 8:00AM on the day of the show and cheaper than the General Admission Ticket that will be sold at the door on the day.

If HCS2025 is canceled due to the Force Majeure (future spread of the infection of virus, institutional requests and guidance from the government and facility, and risk of infection spread due to the event), or Organizer’s decision, we will refund the amount after deducting the handling fee. Individual cancellation is non-refundable.
LITTLE GET TOGETHER PARTY
Little Get Together Party: Adults: 3,300 yen each / Children (under 12): 2,750 yen each

Tickets are available in advance only. Ticket includes a light meal and 1 drink.

Admission for children under the age of 3 are free but do not receive a meal and drink ticket.

※Only for HOT ROD CUSTOM SHOW entrant related people.
※Please note that, there will not be refund for Party Ticket for absence.
