In order to prevent the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show 2022(HCS) will be taking sufficient measures in accordance with the Guideline for COVID-19 by Pacifico Yokohama. In addition, in accordance with the guideline of restrictions on holding the event, the event will be held with the social distancing necessary to prevent the spread of infection.

Before coming to the event, we would like to ask for your understanding and cooperation to hold a safe event. Please read through it carefully and purchase the ticket and come to the event, after understanding the content enough.

●Please check the Information / Guidelines on the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) by HCS, before you purchase the ticket and also check your country if the travel to Japan is available.

If you fall into any of these, please refrain from coming to the event.

① If you have a fever over 37.5℃(99.5°F) within a week before the event or on the day.
※Please take your temperature before coming to the Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show 2022(HCS).
② If you are not feeling well (fever, cough, runny nose, body aches, tiredness, sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of sense of smell, and other symptoms).
③ If you have traveled to a country or region that is restricted by the government or requires a post-arrival observation period within 14 days prior to the event date, and those who have had close contact with residents of the relevant country or region.
④ If you have Positive test results of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and have stay-at-home-order.
⑤ If you have had close contact with someone who has been infected with Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).
⑥ If you or your family, a neighbor is suspected of having Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) within 14 days prior to the event date.

Usually, people from all over the world will gather at this event. Therefore, we deeply apologize that we cannot be responsible to look over the circumstances of COVID-19 and travel restrictions for each country. When you are purchasing the ticket, please consider these factors and take full responsibility for your action.

If HCS2022 is canceled due to the Force Majeure (future spread of the infection of COVID-19, institutional requests and guidance from the government and facility, and risk of infection spread due to the event), or Organizer’s decision, tickets will be refunded. However, cancellations of personal reasons is non-refundable.

・Take social distancing with each other
Please keep a distance from people around you for both inside and outside of the venue (entrance, stage, eating space and etc)

・Wear a Mask
Please wear a mask at all times at the venue. It is prohibited to wear a mask with the nose exposed or with the mask put down to the chin. If you do not wear a mask or refuse to wear a mask, you will be asked to leave the venue. In that case, we will not give a refund for the ticket.
※Unwoven mask recommended.

・Preventing Droplet Transmission
To prevent droplet transmission, please do not speak loud and have conversations around the center stage.

・Temperature Check Required
Before the admission, we will be taking your temperature.
If you have been drinking, we might not be able to get the correct temperature so, please do not drink before you come to the venue.

・Sanitizing and Washing Hands
We have set several sanitizers inside the venue, and there are restrooms, so please wash and clean your hands often.
※You can bring / use your own sanitizer.

・Physical Contact
To prevent the spread of infection, physical contact such has high five, handshake,hugs are prohibited.

・At Eating Space
Please take a distance with each other during eating and purchasing food and drinks.
Please do not eat and drink face-to-face.
Please refrain from speaking while eating and drinking.
Eating and drinking outside the designated area and bringing food into the venue is prohibited.

・The venue's hygiene management is thorough.
Staff will be sanitizing in the venue and regularly sanitize the area such as stage area and eating space.

・Cashless / Contactless Payment Recommended
When purchasing, to avoid contact with cash, we recommend cashless payment. Cash will be handed over in trays. Credit cards and electronic money can be used at MOONEYES Booth.

・No Alcoholic beverages
We do not sell alcohol in the venue. In addition, bringing alcohol in the venue is prohibited and if we find out, it will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave the venue.

・Restrictions on Entry
Please note, to keep a social distance, depending on the number of people in the venue, we might have restrictions on entry.
Please follow the instructions of the staff.

・Please refrain from large group conversations, eating and drinking before and after Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show 2022(HCS).
In order to avoid crowding outside and inside the venue, we ask you to avoid talking in large groups, eating, drinking, and drinking (including eating, drinking, and drinking around convenience stores and on the streets) before and after the event.
In addition, please refrain from talking loudly in public transportation or in nearby stores as well. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We do not send tickets Overseas.

All orders for the Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show 2022(HCS) are WILL CALL only. This means nothing will be sent in the mail. You will pay ahead and pick up the ticket(s) when you are here in Japan.

You can receive the ticket on the day of the event or, if you want to get the ticket in advance, you can contact us and get it at our physical shop in Honmoku Yokohama which is MOONEYES Area-1.

We recommend LINE COVID-19 Notification System.
By addtion Kanagawa prefecture official LINE account to your friend, when there are COVID-19 infection, and deemed necessary for the investigation of the health center, LINE message will be sent to the people who has atteneded that place at same time. If you recieve the message, phone number is noted, and you can contact the health center and, they will smoothly guide you.

The QR Code for the registratiob will be located near the Entrance of the venue.

・Temperature measurement / Health Check
Performer, Participant, and all the staff will take temperature and check their health condition, and will not be assigned to work if there is fever or illness.

・Always wear a Mask (Face Shield)
All participants (except performers) and staff will be wearing a mask for all time.
Staff will be wearing unwoven masks.

・Washing Hands, Sanitizing
All performers, participants and staff will wash their hands and sanitize frequently.

・Social Distancing, Ventilation
We will take thorough measures against infection in accordance with our basic policy, such as ensuring sufficient distance and regular ventilation in staff areas.

・In case of emergency
If anyone becomes ill in the event, we will immediately take measures to ensure the health and safety of performers, participants, and staff by contacting public health authorities such as public health centers and nearby medical institutions.

● To prevent droplet transmission, please do not speak loud and have conversations. It is the same at the station and neighboring shops. Our staff or guard might ask you to leave if you do not follow the rules.
● A temperature check and sanitizing will be conducted at the Entrance. If you have a fever of 37.5℃(99.5°F) or higher, or cough, you will not be allowed to enter.
● Please wear a mask to enter. Please wear a mask until you leave the venue. We recommend unwoven masks. If you do not wear a mask, you will not be allowed to enter and will be asked to leave the venue. If you have any reason to take off the mask, please keep a distance from each other and take it off only for a short time.

● You may be asked to show your ID at the entrance.
● People who are drunk or drinking will not be allowed to enter.

● Exit after the event will be restricted to prevent crowding. Please follow the instructions of the staff. It will take about 30 minutes to an hour longer than usual to exit the venue, so please make sure you have enough time to use public transportation. Please keep a safe distance from other people when leaving the venue as you did when entering.
● When you are going home, please wear a mask at all times, and refrain from drinking or talking. Please leave the venue immediately without stopping by nearby facilities or stores. If you do not follow the rules, security guards or staff may ask you to leave. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

● If we find out that a person infected with COVID-19 has visited our event. Please note that the information provided will be used to inform you, and may also be used to provide information to the public health center or other government agencies to prevent infection.
● Please do not come near the venue early in the morning.
● Please note that the Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show 2022(HCS) may get cancelled depending on the situation of the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).
● In order to prevent infection and danger, staff may talk to you. In such cases, please follow the instructions of the staff. Please understand that you may be asked to leave the venue, if you do not follow the instructions.

If you do not agree to the above will be asked to leave the venue. Please note that tickets will not be refunded in such cases.
